Six months in, I am very pleased with the overall performance of the X6R. It is perfect for the two of us, and is easy to maintain. Recent night time temperatures have dipped into the low 20's, and temperature maintenance is reasonable.
Two cons:
- the pump/heater noise is a bit more than expected.
- when the pump is off, the hinged filter door bangs with every movement.

After one season of heavy use I am pleased to report that it has been a good first spa for our young family. It is quick to heat up a few degrees and inexpensive to keep at 102F all winter in the Pacific Northwest. The ozone system has been effective enough to avoid harsh chemicals and so far no services calls needed. It would be greatly improved if the step-in section was twice as wide to allow easier ingress as well as sitting out of the water more when taking a break. The deepest section is unusable for adults under 6' and also the most abundant seating rendering it a three person tub including one on the step-in 'seat'. Also the lights are an inch too high so unless you overfill it, you are blinded by LEDs above the waterline.

i have a x6r tub , sales person tammy did a great job for us on the contract write up , unfortally when the tub was delivered it did not come with the correct jets, still waiting on those , also had a motor failure 3 months in, warrentee service was great, jim did a super job with the repair, we love this little tub but wish we could get the correct jet kit.

UPDATE:
I realized that my initial review didn't really talk about the sales team at Bullfrog Spas of Scottsdale. Led by Pamela, this Bullfrog location is nothing short of wonderful. Pam and her assistant Tammy made sure we were completely at ease with the sales agreement and the spa of our choice. My wife and I have been enjoying the spa since we purchased it and look forward to many more years of trouble-free hours in the spa. Thanks Pam! You rock!

I love my spa, stays nice and hot without a problem even though it is only a 110V . While I sometimes wish it was a lot bigger, this round spa fits my small patio just perfectly.
