I'm not sure if mine are just broken but the still5 does not have exterior lighting? For a spa this expensive I would think it should have exterior lighting just like the still 7 especially since the control panel has an option to turn on exterior lights.

I'm pretty sure Spas are made to be used outdoors.
Your design provides NO protection to keep mice out of and away from the interior electrical equipment which obviously needs to be secured. Mice have eaten through the wires twice which you can't use the touch panel to control anything on the spa, including not being able to turn it on. I am very disappointed since this was the most expensive spa they had.

Great spa ; from our perspective well worth the cost for the added luxury and sophisticated design BullFrog offers above others in the market. If you want something inexpensive and looks/ feels like a cacophony of fruit colors; buy something else. If you want a clean sophisticated look married to great engineering- buy a BullFrog. And no, I don't work for or are being paid by anyone to say that. Our BullFrog spa is on Martha's Vineyard and we love it year round. Drs David & Kathleen Jordan

Came in finish that wasn't what I'd ordered. Circuit board needed replacement which wasn't done in a timely fashion. Little to no help setting up and familiarizing w/ maintenance. Confusing and sometimes contradictory maintenance procedures recommended.

Excellent spa. Well designed and built for both function and aesthetics. Held up through changes in seasons and exposure to sun. Only negative: App a little limited/slow/weak.
