I love my M9. Best hot tub ever

After waiting almost a year for delivery, we've throughly enjoyed our M9. It's a beautiful and highly functional/adjustable spa. We had a few minor issues after initial delivery but all were handled promptly within warranty. Biggest complaint is the efficiency of the heater. I have smart monitoring with my home's solar/battery system and the spa is literally half of my utility usage. It seems mostly attributable to the heater. I use efficiency settings that hold the set temp (102-103) for a couple hours in the morning and about four hours in the evenings. The jet pumps on high are energy hogs too but it seems to mainly be the heating element that spikes our electric demand. Is there a more efficient heater that can be installed for these large units??

We just received our M9 and we were so excited. The tub is beautiful to look at. Then some things started to go wrong. The lift on the top that was sent was the wrong kind to hold the very large cover safely. When our dealer called Bullfrog they had no date when the right lift would be sent. Next, the plastic tabs that hold the jet packs in place started breaking, which means we can't turn the pump on for the jets. Apparently this is a new design that isn't working. Our dealer is working on ordering replacements. Next, there are some water leaks in the plumbing, the heater won't warm the water when the top is up. There has been a very loud sound that vibrates the tub when the pump kicks on for filtering and intermittently. The waterfall feature works but the stream of water that comes out isn't smooth like it's supposed to be. Like I said at the beginning, the tub looks great, however it isn't functioning properly and seems like maybe the design isn't living up to the Bullfrog reputation. We purchased a Bullfrog because of the reliability they're supposed to offer. Very disappointed. If you choose a Bullfrog, buy one of the older models that work.

We are thoroughly enjoying our Bullfrog M-9. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star experience is that after crane delivery & installation, at spa start-up/tutorial, we discovered a broken anchor on the inside of one of the headrests that cannot be replaced. It may have occurred during shipping, but still not fun to find irreplaceable damage on an expensive spa we waited a year to receive. The plastic articulating mechanism for each headrest does not seem very durable. As new owners of the M-9, we absolutely love the spa experience, and just hope the durability of the spa over time, matches the stellar experience using it now.

Stereo, lights and variety of jet packs are all great. We have the M9 and the size is awesome.

First unit needed to be replaced which was taken care of timely by the agent and Bullfrog, second unit arrived and it is working well but still awaiting the replacement of the mother board as the lights are not working properly.

We have fully enjoyed our new hot tub. We are so glad we finally got one. Bullfrog Spas have very friendly and helpful sales people and installers. We are very happy with our whole experience.
