I ordered, and pre-paid, for the audio system. It did not come with it. The pumps did not work upon first setting up the spa. I had to troubleshoot and bleed the lines to get it to work at all. Now, the spa has begun tripping our breakers which were properly set up by a master electrician, who has verified the setup. Buying this product was a mistake.

We love everything about the A9L. The volcano is awesome. The multiple lounge positions is amazing. And the jets are so powerful we feel completely relaxed and renewed every time we use it. My wife also loves to use a pool lounger and relax since there is so much space. Best decision we ever made!

Must have been rushing them out lately, nothing but quality control issues since day 1. My local vendor has been good about service calls, but after a year we are still trying to fix things and my service warranty is going to expire before that happens. Bad heater, causing slower than usual heating as well as surging electric that tripped breakers on a whim - not good when its cold out and you open a 48 degree tub! Bad seal/leak in waterfall unit, causing lighting failures and a home for mold. Cracked pipe coming off the pump that I was told "was a problem since day 1". singular option for lift cover that turns into a sail in moderate wind and shears metal poles while you sit in the tub!

Good thing you have this hot tub, you'll need it to relax after dealing with all its issues!

While we do enjoy our spa, it would be nicer if pump 2 & 3 a low and high speeds. Also the speed controls on the sides could be back lighted as well.

Great spa, great features plenty of room for friends and family. The only frustration I have is the clip in exterior panels for the sides often work themselves out and I am constantly snapping them back into place. I feel like some kind of a screw or manual clip I could twist would be a better option than that snap in bar.

We love our A9L! It's large enough for our entire family - and friends. Having the feature of interchangeable jetpacks is a must so each person can get their preferred spa experience.

The experience has been great, but there are a few things so far that are upsetting for the price we paid for. First, the main panel to access the pumps and pipes would not open upon arrival to get an air lock out. The bottom rail that holds the door on was detached on both ends so it had to be forced open and then had to be caulked to be able to put the door back on. Hopefully just a temporary fix. Secondly, the head rest clip that holds it in place snapped off with in 2 months. Very cheap! Lastly, the "frog ease" system blows through the cartridges in 2 weeks, not a month as stated! Not very economical.
Otherwise the variety of the different jet packs are amazing to sink into. The pressure of jets is powerful and the changing light colors and waterfall feature perfect setting for relaxation.
